After your assessments, we start with something most programs skip—real-life connection with the women who will be walking this journey with you.

This 6-day, 5-night retreat takes place in my hometown of Madison, Wisconsin—which turns into straight-up magic in the spring. We’re talking tulip seasonholding baby goats at the petting farm, the biggest farmers market in the country, Mrs Roper Romp Scavenger Hunt, farm-to table meals, and cheese so good it might make you cry.

Now add deep conversations, unrushed meals, laughter that snorts out your nose, and a circle of women finally choosing themselves?

Over five days of deep conversation, laughter, and reflection, we’re going to start unlearning a lot of the bullshit we were handed as Gen-X/Elder Millenial women about happiness, worth, relationships, and how life is “supposed” to work.

Joining Kira’s THRIVgroup this year has been a true turning point for me.

Despite years of personal growth work, in 2024 I felt more stuck and alone than ever — unable to make decisions and afraid I’d look back with regret.

PART 1 

The Process & Move the Fuck On Method

Instead of numbing out, shutting down, doom-scrolling, or pretending you’re “fine” while quietly dying inside… we’re going to learn how to actually work with your emotions.

Like grown-ass nervous systems.

Because most of us were never taught how to deal with feelings. We were taught to push them down, power through, and hold it together.

Which works… until it absolutely doesn’t.

So instead, we’ll learn how to:

Actually process emotions instead of stuffing them down like an emotional junk drawer. Get them out of your system so you can move the hell on.

Regulate big feelings so they don’t hijack your mood, your sleep, your relationships, or that email you should absolutely not send.

Spot the thinking traps and brain nonsense that keep you spiraling at 3 am.

Complete the stress cycle so your body can stop acting like a raccoon that just drank three iced caramel lattes.

Figure out what you can control and what you absolutely cannot, so you stop wasting precious life energy on things that are not yours to carry.

Because when you stop numbing and start actually processing what’s going on inside you…

you get clarity.

and your nervous system finally gets to exhale.

PART 2 

The Unshakeable Self-Worth System

Most of us were taught that our worth comes from being helpful, productive, nice, and keeping everyone else happy.

Which basically means we’ve been outsourcing our worth to other people for decades.

Yeah… fuck that. We’re done with that.

Self-worth isn’t built by overworking or people-pleasing. It’s built with specific skills and mindsets that help you trust yourself and stop questioning your value every five minutes.

Together we’ll work on:

The difference between self-esteem and self-worth — so your confidence isn’t dependent on approval or doing everything perfectly

Daily practices that rewire your brain to build deeper self-worth over time

Real self-compassion skills so when life gets hard, you know how to support yourself instead of tearing yourself down

We’ll even do a 2-week Self-Compassion Challenge together so these tools become habits, not just good ideas.

The goal isn’t perfect confidence.

The goal is rock-solid self-worth that doesn’t disappear the moment someone disagrees with you.

And that can only come from YOU.

PART 3 

The Midlife Happiness Edit

Instead of second-guessing every text, tolerating one-sided friendships, or pretending you're totally fine being the "strong one" all the time—you’ll learn how to build relationships that actually feel mutual, supportive, and safe.

We’ll work on how to:

Get clear on who’s worth your time and energy—and who’s just taking up space.
Communicate like a grown-up (no passive-aggressive emoji decoding required).
Create boundaries that protect your peace—without guilt, over-explaining, or spiraling.
Build trust through vulnerability—the real kind, not the “cry once then never talk about it again” kind.
Find and grow with people who show up, cheer you on, and respect your “no.”
