Once you’ve completed your assessment, you’ll get a 60-minute private coaching session with me (Coach Kira) from mid-August to mid-October to review your results, get grounded, and create a personalized blueprint and roadmap that fits you.

OCTOBER 5 - 10TH, 2025 MADISON, WI
THRIVE Kick-off Retreat
After your assessments, we start with something most programs skip—real-life connection with the women who will be walking this journey with you.
This 5-day, 4-night retreat in my hometown of Madison, WI which is fucking magical in the Fall. Changing leaves, apple & tomato season, petting farms (baby goats!), pizza farms & so much good cheese.
Everyone who visits Madison falls in love with it a little.
What You Can Expect:
✔ Daily guided sessions by me to lay the foundational skills and mindsets for the program
✔ Deep, real conversations with women who actually get it—no surface-level small talk here
✔ A space where you don’t have to explain yourself—just show up as you are and feel seen

PART 2 (NOVEMBER/DECEMBER)
The Unshakeable Self-Worth System
Self-worth isn’t something you build by overworking or by pleasing everyone—it’s something you build with specific skills & mindsets that you practice daily.
This step-by-step system guides you to stop outsourcing your worth, break free from self-doubt, and develop a rock-solid trust & resilience in yourself.
✔ Understand the difference between self-worth and self-esteem—so you stop chasing confidence and start building a foundation that you can grow and THRIVE from.
✔ Learn the daily rituals that can help you build deep self-worth until the end of time.
✔ Building deep self-compassion skills so you can have the tools to support yourself even in your toughest times.
We even do a 2 week Self-Compassion Challenge with the group to get the ritual started.
You will walk away with the tools to build self-worth & the support to keep it going.


PART 3 (JANUARY)
The Midlife Happiness Edit
We are bringing in the new year right!
Instead of floating through your days wondering “Is this it?” or feeling like everyone else got the manual for midlife except you—you’ll finally get the clarity (and guts) to build a life that actually fits the real you.
We’ll work on how to:
✔ Reconnect with who you are right now—not just the titles, the to-do lists, or the version of you from a decade ago or raised to be.
✔ Redefine what success, joy, and your values look like now.
✔ Reflect on your meaning & purpose so you have a reason to get out of bed in the morning.
✔ Rebuild your habits, relationships, and next chapter with actual intention—so your life doesn’t just look fine, it feels freaking good to live.
Because midlife SHOULDN'T be a time where we just become invisible...It can be the part where you wake up, shake things up, and actually enjoy the ride.

PART 4 (FEBRUARY/MARCH)
The Solid People Plan
The quality of your relationships is the single biggest predictor of your long-term health and happiness—more than diet, exercise, or even genetics.
Instead of second-guessing every text, tolerating one-sided friendships, or pretending you're totally fine being the "strong one" all the time—you’ll learn how to build relationships that actually feel mutual, supportive, and safe.
We’ll work on how to:
✔ Get clear on who’s worth your time and energy—and who’s just taking up space.
✔ Communicate like a grown-up (no passive-aggressive emoji decoding required).
✔ Create boundaries that protect your peace—without guilt, over-explaining, or spiraling.
✔ Build trust through vulnerability—the real kind, not the “cry once then never talk about it again” kind.
✔ Find and grow with people who show up, cheer you on, and respect your “no.”
